The company's founder, Dr. Nuno Santos, has been at Infantado and in this market for around 20 years, having solid experience and a resume in the financial and commercial areas.

Our activity consists of promoting and selling properties, commercial monitoring and all types of financial assistance that deals with commercial property transactions, as well as creditors in the form of housing credit, property leasing, among other products. We are partners with the main banks with whom we have worked for many years, we have protocols with these entities that provide different conditions to our clients, we also work with other financial entities such as national and international real estate investment funds.

We also handle all documentation associated with the purchase and sale of properties, as well as marking deeds and monitoring bank appraisals.

Our area of ​​activity stands out in the municipalities of: Loures, Odivelas and Mafra. Therefore, we currently have an expansion to: Greater Lisbon, Sintra Line and Cascais Line.
